wow, I've ben on 500mg taurine firstthing in the morning for a couple of months now(went off for a couple of weeks then back on) and I haven't noticed much at all...maybe water retention, not sure. Hasn't rally calmed me or rrevved me up that I notice?
What's it supposed to do..calm you?
