SAM e ? Time to take?

Hi,

I've got a packet of SAMe when I did an large order from the US. I'd like to try it now as I need something for depression at present.
I can't seem to find on the instructions when during the day to take it. The tablets are enteric coated and it says take on an empty stomach.
I was wondering what time of day people found was best to take SAMe?
