So true.
The pills I tolerate are a real struggle to get down without risking a good chance at choking. All of those Cal Mag mix pills seem to be huge.

> Was it just too much magnesium do you think?I do think it was the Mag. I've had a little trouble with the lower GI tract and Mag before but NOTHING like with the CalMax. Maybe the powdered form made for too much of a direct action on the body part where it caused me a problem. I tried lowering the amount, assuring food eaten when taken... nothing really helped.
I'm back to choke pills... sigh.
