Hi -

I've tried fish oil several times, and only this time round (end of 4th week) is it really making a difference - I have to take A LOT to notice a difference. I take 6-7 double concentrated capsules a day (each containing 600mg omega-3 and 360mg EPA).

What I have noticed is that I have to reduce other fats in my diet to get really good results (and they are really good). So I've started eating lots of oily fish instead of red meat/chicken etc. to further increase the ratio of omega 3 to other fats and it seems to be working.

On the higher dose I notice I am more motivated, calmer and have less inner anxiety. I didn't notice anything really until I got up to this dose.
