GG,
I do know people with chemical sensitivies use vinegar for cleaning windows instead of windex say.
So I guess it would be good at removing a layer of grease but usually our skin doesn't need to have the moisture stripped, unless I guess if you have problematic super greasy skin?

Apple cider vinegar seems to work for clearing out blocked milk ducts too when its swallowed, not sure how, but seems like it must be good at dissolving somehow??

I guess the idea is based the acidity of vinegar as well as its cleaning properties
