I don't have any concerns about the combination, overtly. However, you never know how you're going to react. It's wise to be under the supervision of someone objective, some caregiver, when you try combining things.
The general rule of thumb for me is: start low, and go slow.
That's start the new potentially interacting substance at a low dose, and monitor for effects. If that seems okay, slowly increase the dose.
