Too much vit D you ask? Well, there's actually a lot of talk in the health world that ppl in the northern US especially are not getting optimal vit D. I suggest 1 or 2 teas. / day most definitely of cod oil. You get about 200% RDA vit D and 200% RDA vit A in 2 teas. I don't eat any fortified foods, nor do I take a multivitamin, so if you do the same, you should have no problem with toxicity of vit A or D, unless you live too far south.

That gives me something like 3 g of omega 3's per day (about a gram of EPA), which is decent. On top of that, I take a teaspoon of regular fish oil per day (adding another gram of EPA). Overall, it's a little costly, but I am very convinced that - if you can afford it - fish oil and cod oil are among the healthiest substances known.
