Tried it now for a couple of days, it had one curious side-effect, it cured my indegestion, which I though was odd. So I had a friend of mine analyse the so called "99.6% pure L-tryptophan" and it turns out that >50% of it was Calcium Carbonate!!!!
I think I'll send it back.
