Thanks Larry, but I know it is withdrawals. I've been here before and I know what it feels like. Unfortunately, the hard part is not knowing when it is going to end. Regardless, good advice and I do intend to ride it out. The feelings of hopelessness are turning to anger over having to go through this without proper warning. I am ready to get on with the rest of my life. Now I just have to be physically able. Take care

> > Larry, I don't know what the hell is going on. I am on week 5 of Lexapro withdrawal. For the first 2 weeks I felt really bad. Headaches, dizziness, nausea. THankfully, no zaps. It was slowly abating. Then Tuesay night I started to feel sick. Real sick. Wednesday I could barely get out of bed. Yesterday I was naeseous and dizzy, but a bit better.

Oh, and this all started after a gave a three-four day trial of SAM-e at 200 mg a day. Well, I suspect it is just withdrawal manifesting itself in yet another horrible way.

I can't afford to go to the ER, but if I keep getting worse it is gonna freak me out even more. ANy suggestions and ideas would be much appreciated.
