I have not noticed any negative effects (tribestan is somewhat pricey and is from a Bulgarian pharmaceutical corp. that originally isolated the active compound..if I recall correctly.) Could be that I've not noticed negatives as my total and free testosterone levels were low. If that's not the case what you describe sounds like effects that can result from too high a level of testosterone.
I think it wise, before starting supplements like this, to have the total and free testosterone, dhea-sulfate, prolactin and estrogen levels tested . Just my $.02...
