I've just started on an all natural healthy diet and I heard that you should cleanse your body and/or colon once or twice a year to get rid of toxins and what not. I've never done this before but I really want to try it. I have all kinds of health/natural magazines and I go to the health food store once a week and I see all of these kits and stuff but it's all so overwhelming. So I thought that I'd check here for some feedback on this subject. Thanks!
