Well I laughed at what it said on the bottle..
"Grapefruit seed extract has been found to be helpful to some individuals with certain health
healh conditions" okay that clears things up..I find it excellent along with probiotics for Candida. Its also good for washing your fruits and vegetables. It tastes pretty awful though kind of like when you drink orange juice after you've just brushed your teeth.
Really though, as its pretty handy for everything from ear infections to washing vegetables I wouldn't be without it now.
