B6 neuropathy can occur at doses around 100 mg/day, but it seems to be due to idiopathic factors (unexplained differences between individuals). Most clearly defined B6 neuropathies occur after ingestion of gram doses daily for years, and even those are reversible upon discontinuation of the B6. See abstracts here:
