I'm not sure what's causing your headache either. My mom had such HORRIBLE ones over the top of her head caused by clenched muscles in the back of her neck from stress. She did two visits to an acupuncturist and her stress headaches were gone! Six months later, after having no treatments and letting the stress build back up, she got them again. Taken care of with a couple more visits for acupuncture.
I've been doing acupuncture for weight loss and depression, and it *seems* to be helping.
