I think the informed consent is good as up-front and honest. Have been wondering if anything has been published on the basis of your research? I was reminded of the list by the BMJ letter (http://www.bmj.com/cgi/eletters/323/7321/1103#EL2) but havent seen anything more detailed based on your experience from this Board.
I realise writing and submitting articles is v time-consuming and you have plenty else to do (including facilitating this in your 'spare' time), but would be interested to know if there is anything out there you've done. Kind of completing the circle of information.
