Cariprazine (Reagila, Vraylar) is another dopamine partial agonist. I tried it, and I'm inclined to say the smallest dose, 1.5 mg, was the best. It was better than aripiprazole in terms of adverse effects. I've never come in touch with brexpiprazole (Rexulti).
