I was thinking, you could possibly tell your GP you have severe restless leg syndrome, and he/she likely will prescribe a small dose of a dopamine agonist, like pramipexole, ropinirole, or rotigotine. Since Wellbutrin works for you, this may be another direct angle to remove anhedonia, and get more dopamine stimulation. (Plus no norepinephrine stimulation.) They take a bit to get used of, but can really lift the anhedonia. (Bromocriptine does this for me.)
