For sure it slows you down, that is the whole purpose I guess. What I mean is, other than slowing your mind, does it slow strength or endurance gains. And could very intense exercise be contraindicated with Seroquel and Zyprexa. Having been a couch potato for a long time, I wouldnt push myself to a pulse way above 160. That is just common sense.
