At least most of my delusions have their inceptions in manic episodes.

I'm on a mood stabiliser myself, namely lamotrigine. Supposedly, it won't control mania, but has antidepressant effects without *inducing* mania.

But a lot of drugs can rarely cause mania, including antipsychotics.
