I have not heard of juul. e cigarette? ( I never managed to be a successful smoker. I liked to have a roll your own with other people in the morning tea break, mainly for the sociability and rolling it. Then I stopped trying and the smoking stopped.)
How big are those tequilas? I make myself measure out my vodka/tequila these days, otherwise my sleep is a mess. (the best thing about Christmas, no guilt about unwise tequila shots.) I had 120mls yesterday in 2 measures, one straight with ice, and a bloody mary. My sleep was OK. Campral has been some help.
