I hear what you are saying. I have many regrets about taking meds in the past.
However, my strategy was to never take the meds at the prescribed dose (always take much less, and increase much more slowly).
My only extreme reactions were when I took the 'recommended' dose.
I suppose you have tried drugs like gabapentin or pregabalin for SA.
