48 years of benzos now low dose one time a day any hope of even getting off the benzos. Wow can't believe how old I am now. And I often wonder if taking them is responsible for loss of taste and smell 15 years now. And I really don't feel the benzos work any longer. It seems if something is bothering me I just don't sleep even with them. Phillipa
