Ocd disinhibition

Posted by cadburyhesychasm on November 29, 2018, at 6:33:59

Ok so my episodic dyscontrol rage attacks never go out of control because of lamotrigine sustain 200 every day. i believe aripiprazole15 is only lifting my mood up. my doc says my symptoms of rage can be controlled by antiseizure drugs alone and i think it is related to temporal epi. the only problem i face and i cant take other antipsychotics because they give me extrem irritability and rage is some sort of severe hypersexual disinhibition and compulsive behaviours related to that. i believe it is due to tle as it keeps alternating hypo and hyper. i also believe arip is highly exacerbating the issue. i think if i take divalproex 1g along with current meds and halve lamotrigine my problem will be solved. but my alkaline phospgatase is higher than upper limit of normal maybe due to overdose and drug abuse few months ago the other enzymes are normal. i used to take valproate before and maybe it might be that alphosphatase is last thibg to come down to normal if indeed it will reverse.

my enzymes all were a little higher than 3x of upper limits of normal when taking val and i dont know if lamotrigine might affect also. and if the long term outcome of taking val is what im worried abt. other anti seizure drugs and stabilizers of mood dont suit me or help. any inputs thanks.
