how you feeling? It seems that things have mellowed out at least a bit for you. I remember when i came off MAOI and i wasnt even on them for very long but i had alot of trouble. You were taking it for years right? I have learned that you dont say "have been taking" if the time and the action is finished. Still learning a lot.
So i am about to order this Acetyl L Carnitine. No risk no fun. I am having pretty good success with some ingredient in blueberries. Dont ask me why. Maybe you can look into this?
I am very motivated to do sports again which is awesome and it gives me some more antidepressant activity than just the meds and the blueberries alone. I also endorse low dose lithium.
