Hey RJ,

I would just say two things. First off, higher doses of THC, without accompanying CBD can certainly cause the reaction you described.

It is often difficult to smoke street MJ and get a 'low' dose of THC. Also, street drugs can be laced with other substances which can obfuscate the effect.

With a medical grade product it is easier to get a lower dose.

Of course, if you had a bad reaction, stay away. However, if you happened to smoke a high THC street weed (prhaps laced with something), it may not give you a good indication.
