Joe it's strange as now that older I fall asleep before I take the pills. So wake to turn Nook book off take 5mg of valium & .5mg of xanax, 12.5mg luvox, & 2.5mg of luvox. Sometimes I think I'd be better off with no med as wake in 4 hours and then take synthroid and the same meds minus the antidepressants took when initially went to bed. But now wake with nightmares in the am or strange dreams. So I am torn with wanting to not take any meds at all. I guess it's individual . Phillipa
