I'm not sure of the dose range for Luvox, but I think 100mg is on the lower end (100-300mg a day).

Olanzapine can be good for anxiety, abilify can sometimes cause agigation (more of an antidepressant effect).

I'm not sure what your doctor is like, but luvox might be compatable with trintillex. If trintillex is not helping, I don't see why you couldn't try luvox again.

Luvox is different in that it activates the sigma receptors. This can produce anti-ocd and antipsychotic, in addition to antidepressant effects. Zoloft actually blocks the sigma receptors which can worsen psychotic depression.
