Today I took 20 mg at 9 AM. My doctor agreed to raise the dosage to 30 mg though. Is it best to wait a few days before increasing? Been taking 10 mg a day for 6 days and felt generally more tired, but it is ok.
I am 23 yo and weight about 60 kg (~130 pounds). According to research, I believe that optimal dosing should be between 50 and 60 mg, will see. I also believe I have atypical depression with severe anxiety. Lithium 450 mg a day slows me down in a great way.
I am also trying neurofeedback at the moment. There's a possibility I might try rTMS in the near future.
Have tried about 20 drugs in the last 3 years. Paxil worked great for a few months. It was my first prescribed drug.
I wish everybody the best, people here are amazing and supportive.
