tired on parnate

I am trying Parnate again since nothing else works. At only 30 mg I am feeling very tired and lethargic, barely able to get off the couch. Since I will probably have to try a high dose I am wondering if it is worth continuing? Has anyone felt tired on Parnate but then had the tiredness go away?
