i'm a 11 year Prozac user, when i started it at 20mg i noticed a slight change in mood, small feeling of contentment, when it was increased i enjoyed the positive mood aspects it gave, but as time went by....my brain stopped feeling the prozac pop feeling, yet it still work but it's not as noticable.....its because the brain adapts to fluoxetine, it still works....yes ... but it's not as noticable as it was when treatment was first started.

I suggest adding provigil, or nuvigil to get a jump start on prozac, i take 80mg and i do notice esome of it's effects but not as much when i first started it
