Hmm, it's tough to narrow it down to three, but I would say:

Akathisia
Constant hunger and hypoglycemia attacks (I never feel 'full').
Feeling off balance when I walk
Inability to tolerate any kind of physical exertion (I 'crash' and experience dizziness, heart racing etc.)

This is all superimposed over my regular anxiety and depression.

Yes. My TSH is 3.3. I've read that may be high enough to cause symptoms. However, I couldn't tolerate thyroid replacement.

One doctor told me a virus (in the context of CFS) can knock out your thyroid, so I don't know if the problem is located elsewhere.
