It's a tricky side effect anorgasmia..

And trust me, i know how frustrating it is.
It was a major problem on amitriptyline.

Have you tried some of the dopamine-agonists?
Pramipexole to name one.

I tried it and where scared that it would cause stimulation or anxiety, as i can't tolerate stimulants either.
But i was good i thought. No anxiety and no side effects at all that i noticed so maybe you should augment that?

It's worth a try!
