just going by wiki...akathisia is one of the top complaints, but it seems fairly clean w/ metabolic stuff.

Akathisia can be managed w/ benzos, gabapentin, massive b6 doses (according to some old research, anyway). I think remeron has been used for acute akathisia, too.

The only problem with suppressing/treating acute akathisia is that you could, I would think, get tardive akathisia, which is...dreadful, from what I've read.

But, yeah...akathisia is a problem, but the metabolic effects are not an issue.
