Could you take Nardil rectally to avoid the supposed loss of efficacy of the "new" version. For those unaware it has been hypothesized that the new formulation of Nardil is potentially less effective than the old version because it is too easily broken down in the stomach or something like that.
This article says that efficacy of a traditionally oral drug can be both increased or decreased from this method, depending what drug it is.
