Scott, why would you go off of Parnate to try Brintellix? Have you heard differentially of THAT much benefit Brintellix can provide? I'm assuming it's the 5ht7 antagonism..,but your on abilify already right? If more of that is what your seeking have you tried adding low dose amisulpride?
How high have you pushed the Parnate? I am just escalating (again) after having to stop 120mg Parnate over two weeks two months ago. I will continue to push it as high as I need to this time around as I finally detected partial effectiveness when I hit 120mg before surgery.
Oh and I tried Marplan earlier this year in between Nardil and Parnate....due to Nardil weight gain. I think I went as high as 80 or 90, and it didn't feel as effective as Nardil but I wish I had pushed the dose.
