ever tried a TCA? Clearly, I'm not a doc, but...I get somewhat similar symptoms at times as part of my...uhhh...I guess Bipolar I...my pdoc suggested amoxapine.

There are other TCAs, too, like Surmontil. Actually, I think most of them are helpful for what you've described.
