What did you do after tapering from lorazepam? Did you stay meds fee?. That's what I'm trying to do right now. I've been off phenibut for a week and off valium for two days. I quit anti depressants last December
. I would stay on the meds if they worked, but all they do is give me side effects with next to no benefits. In the 25 years of fighting this illness I have tried just over 50 meds...no joke.It's been a tough week and it will get worse before it gets better. CBT and the CES device are helping a little. I just hope I have the fortitude to hold out long enough to assess the true degree of the underlying illness as it stands today and find new ways to cope.
