Thanks for the replies. I'm currently reading up on CBT. I have found sleep limitation helpful, as well as getting out of bed when I can't sleep and reinitiating sleep later.
Medication is no longer an option for me. I've tried just about everything and have found nothing that can provide sustainable relief. Medication that does help me fall asleep screws up my sleep architecture and makes me feel awful in the morning. Took me a while to get to this point. So when you have no option left, you have to try to fight it naturally
