Hi Scott,
I felt a boost after the 5th treatment (just started and will go for another 31 treatments). Unfortunately that was Friday and we had Monday as a holiday so I am only just getting back to treatment 4 days later. It has a cumulative effect as you know. Slipped in mood today but the weekend was better than I have had in months. I am just about to go to 120 percent of my threshold (not sure what that means but it is the most studied dose as my Dr. says) and am now doing 3400 pulses rather than the usual 3000 pulse dose. I think he wants to build until we hit 5400 pulses in a session. It is definitely an uncomfortable process physically but my headache stops immediately when treatment ends and then I have no side effects. I would definitely say it is worth a shot. Could be a good balance with your Abilify and Lithium. Keep me updated if you decide to try it and please feel free to ask any questions regarding it that I might be able to answer.
