Been on the Big N for about 7 years too. I gained some weight over time, maybe 5 to 8 pounds, but I keep it steady now through exercise and eating a reasonable diet. I've been on it so long that I'm not sure what's a side effect and what'so not. I do have gastric issues, let's say.
