How do you sleep at night?

The thing is... long daytime naps induced by additional meds could lead to disturbed night time sleep and worsen the situation. In general, taking sleep drugs during the day is not recommended except in special circumstances eg. for sedation in people who are seriously ill. If you were to take a sleep aid during the day, you might just feel even more tired for the rest of the day.

Have you discussed with your doctor whether there is anything you can do to reduce daytime fatigue? Do you find caffeine helpful at all? Most stimulants are unsuitable in psychosis but small to moderate amounts of caffeine should be safe, but only in the morning and early afternoon.
