AAP dosage over the years...

Does AAP dosage usually go up or down in psychotic and severe mood disorders? I'm just curious. I usually take 30 Abilify, so I'm maxed out. Sometimes, I'll take 2mgs/Risperidone w/ some gabapentin at night.
I don't know what I'd do if I needed more AAP action on a regular basis. Seroquel?
