Buspar can cause musculoskeletal aches/pains.

Ask your doc about Riluzole for the lingeringg depression. It may help. Another one to try is Zonegran-it has some case studies demonstrating its effectiveness in treating bipolar depression.

Of course you could also add Abilify, Seroquel, Latuda or Geodon.
