I seem to recall reading or hearing somewhere that people on psych drugs look a bit older than non-medicated people of their age. Why?

My bet would be for a mix of direct ill effects of the med(s), plus the underlying issue(s). I don't know anything about Remeron specifically, so really can't comment...

...have you tried anything else, maybe? I was thinking like neurontin, lyrica, a benzo, maybe a less weight gain-ey and sedating AD...

...I dunno. Something. Just a thought.
