I hate to say it, but...I think it depends. Seroquel isn't as fatty-making as zyprexa or clozapine. Actually, some of the older APs can cause weight gain, too. Dosage would be an issue. Some docs say that mood disordered people experience more weight gain (and more TD).

Remeron...I hear it depends on the dose. Lower=more sedation and more weight gain. Higher=less sedation, less weight gain, I even read it can be activating.

Neurontin=I never had weight gain on neurontin. These days, I only take (max) 300mgs/day. Its just for agitation, as an add on to my main 3 meds in my anti-crazy cocktail. Back in the day, I took 900+/- mgs/day in combo with Klonopin for severe anxiety. No weight gain then, either, but I did feel "loopy" and weirdly uneasy.
