ever tried "California Rocket fuel" ? I wanted to, just because of the name, lol.
Seriously, though: it performed as well as Parnate, with better tolerability, in some recent study...maybe an extension of STAR*D or something. I dunno.
I was just mentioning that because I was thinking that some kinda stimulant might help, but so many docs won't Rx MAOIs, much less the old school, Parnate+Dexedrine combo that was so successful in the 60s....
...but they might go for Cali Rocket Fuel, with maybe Focalin or something.
Just a thought.
