I took Stablon for 5 years.
I feel it helped a little with anxiety but
didn't work in the long run for depression.Everyone is different but it gave me
obsessions about gambling and frequent
thoughts about sex. After quitting Stablon
those effects vanished.It's quite an expensive medication unless
it is available by generic somewhere. The
name of the drug is tianeptine.Some people experience liver toxicity.
If you decide to take it, get a liver function
test (it's a simple blood draw) within 30 days
of beginning Stablon.Good luck. :-)
