When my hip went from arthritis, it went all of a sudden - no prior pain at all. Just one day I was visiting friends in another city, had been walking a few miles and all at once, my hip hurt so badly that I needed to take a cab back to where we were staying. I couldn't even walk around the museum we visited.

I have less severe arthritis in both knees and sometimes had swelling. But if your whole lower legs have swelling, that may be something more serious. I would get it checked out by a regular doctor. If it's just that your feet a a bit swollen and sore in the morning, but get better after a bit, that's probably just arthritis. Might still be worth getting it checked out though.

I really doubt it has anything to do with your psych meds.
