Found another (German) resource, "Interaktionen in Der Psychopharmakotherapie", which basically says "with sympathomimetic drugs adrenergic effects might be amplified, so combination should be done carefully and blood pressure controlled".
So I guess it's possible, although with d/l-amphetamine one should probably be even more careful because of the levoamphetamine, which has more of an effect on blood pressure.
