I can't recall anything that triggers worsening depression. It seems to come and go whenever.

Current meds:
10mg. paxil
50mg. nortriptyline
.5mg. clonazepam
Of all the meds I've tried, nortriptyline worked the best but I gained 20lbs or so in 9 months.
